Kingdom Quality Childcare

The goal within each program is to provide an environment that recognizes how
special God has made each of us. All programs have wonderful teachers who
are dedicated to young children, growing their educational and experience
levels, and carrying out the goals set for the Center. The Director has special
training in early childhood education, as well as extensive administrative and
teaching experience. All other staff members meet state-required qualifications
and are chosen on the basis of their contribution to the team. Staff members
are given on-the-job training as well as opportunities for continuing education to
help develop their full potential as leaders and teachers. The Center’s
teacher/pupil ratio meets or exceeds all legal requirements.
Noah’s Ark Child Care Center
Noah’s Ark serves children ages 6 weeks - 5th grade. Hours of operation are
6am to 6pm. Children are grouped in classes by age and/or development level.
Maryland State Department of Education approved, Creative Curriculum is a
combination of teacher-directed and child-selected activities, present in a
setting that offers a variety of age-appropriate learning experiences. The
program emphasizes exploration, problem-solving and discovery skills in the
areas of science, art, music and movement, expressive and receptive language
development, social studies, math, pre-reading, physical, and social
development. Computers are available in each classroom.
School Age Before & After Care
Before & After Care is a great place for a School Aged child to be. It's a closely-
supervised safe-place before and after school where they will be fed(breakfast
and/or snack), play outside and inside with many games and activities. There
are friends to be made, Legos to build castles, outfits to become a princess, and
many more things to do.
Noah's Ark Learning Center serves Plum Point, Huntingtown, and Sunderland
Elementary Schools. Applications available online. Transportation provided to
all Elementary Schools listed. However, you must live in the Huntingtown School
District and the Plum Point School District to attend those schools.
Summer Camp at Noah’s Ark
Summer Camp is an exciting place during the summer for children kindergarten
through 5th grade. Weekly activities include two to three field trips, organized
games, speakers, special events, outdoor activities, learning centers, arts and
crafts. Daily activities include assembly with praise and worship music, and
Bible teaching.
Computer Club by Ms. Marcey
Ms. Marcey is a skilled teacher in the world of computer technology. She
understands the needs of children and teaches in small groups. Her goal is to
meet the educational needs of children and prepare them for the future. Two
programs are offered: Preschool (ages 3-5) and Summer Camp (completed
Kindergarten - 5th grade). A fee will be required. For more information, please
