Dear Parents,
Thank you for choosing Summer Camp @ Noah's Ark for your child this year. Our desire is to provide your child with a summer of
memories that will last a lifetime.
A Christian perspective is intentionally woven into our Summer Camp program with Bible teachings and Praise and Worship
music. Activities will include outdoor recreation, center time, arts and crafts, activity clubs and field trips (refer to the S.C. Calendar
for complete list.). Please know that our on site Summer camp Staff have experience working with children and are trained in CPR,
First Aid and emergency procedures.
Summer Camp @ Noah's Ark is for children who have completed KDG through 5th grade. Until April 1st, a Preferred Enrollment
Period will be offered for families that are already enrolled at Noah's Ark. Enrollment will open to the general public on April 15th.
We offer the flexible enrollment with the option of attending all summer of choosing and participating in a combination of Summer
Sessions. Please note the following conditions apply:
1. Camp will be offered in sessions ONLY (see application). There are 6 sessions this summer.
2. Children currently enrolled in Noah's Ark's Before and After Care program must attend at lease three (3) sessions to
maintain their space for Fall attendance.
3. Choose sessions wisely as there can be no cancellations or splitting sessions. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
4. Summer Camp will cost $160.00 per week. ($320.00 per 2 week session). There will be an additional $40.00 fee for
Session I to cover the cost of RainbowLand Week. (After May 19, the cost of RainbowLand increases to $50.00 fee.)
5. A $100.00 activity fee (or $35.00 per session) and $160.00 deposit (tuition for your child's last week) must accompany
your application (NO REFUNDS). Tuition is to then be paid bi-weekly or at the BEGINNING of each session.
6. Lunch must be brought to Summer Camp each day. Lunch should be brought in portable lunch boxes with ice packs.
(Lunches are available for purchase for $3.00 on Mondays.)
7. T-shirts will be required for all field trips. T-shirts are $12.00 each. At least 2 shirts per child are recommended.
If your child has shirts from previous years, it is not necessary to purchase new ones.
8. Please complete the Application, Discipline Form, and Emergency Form and return with your activity fee ($100.00) and
deposit ($160.00). Please update the Emergency Form if any changes occur while your child is with us. You MUST notify
Noah's Ark if your child is to be picked up by someone else.
9. If your child is not currently enrolled in Before & After Care, tuition must be paid in full before Summer Camp begins.
Pre-payments and payment installment plans can be arranged prior to enrollment.
10. Children enrolled in Noah's Ark School-Age program year round have enrollment priority. Outside applicants will be
notified within 48 hours upon receipt of your application of your child's acceptance.
11. Camp activities begin at 9:00am and end at 4:00pm. Before Care (6:00am-9:00am) and After Care (4:00pm-6:00pm) are
provided at no extra charge.
12. We prefer that campers do not bring toys from home. If hand held games or trading cards are brought to camp,
they are the total responsibility of your child!
13. When a ($) sign is indicated on the Calendar, money may be sent on the fieldtrip. If a ($) is not indicated, do not send money
because your child will not be able to spend it. (All monies sent are the responsibility of your child.)

Agreement: I hereby grant permission for my child to participate in Summer Camp
programs at Noah’s Ark Learning Center, traveling to and from Noah’s Ark, to the pool or

In the event of an emergency requiring immediate medical treatment, I understand that the
staff of Noah’s Ark Learning Center will try to reach me by using the telephone numbers
listed on the camp registration form. In the event that I cannot be reached, I authorize
treatment by appropriate medical personnel as approved by Noah’s Ark Staff.
We understand and accept the need for Noah’s Ark to be fully informed as to the physical
and mental health of my child. Failure to disclose such essential information at the time
of enrollment or upon request of Noah’s Ark may be cause for immediate dismissal.

Discipline Policy
Summer Camp at Noah's Ark has developed the following procedures
regarding discipline. Please know that the majority of our children behave
wonderfully and discipline rarely becomes an issue. A certain testing of
limits is expected and our counselors are adept in correcting minor
behavioral problems. The goal of Summer Camp at Noah’s Ark is to help
the children continue to grow and learn appropriate social behavior.
Therefore, our desire is to work with the children, parents, and staff to find the
best solution concerning any behavioral problems.
Should it become necessary to move into formalized steps you will be
advised what behavior is prompting this decision. For those children that
exhibit unusually aggressive, dangerous or persistent misbehavior that is
not corrected, the following steps will be implemented.
STEP ONE: For the first occurrence the counselor will discuss with the child the inappropriate
behavior and the consequences should the behavior continue (steps 2, 3, and 4).
Documentation and signature by all parties.
STEP TWO: Continued inappropriate behavior will require a conference between the child,
the counselor and the Director. Documentation and signature by all parties.
STEP THREE: Child will stay behind at Noah’s Ark and miss a field trip if behavior continues,
parents will be notified of this action. Documentation and signature by all parties.
STEP FOUR: The parent will be contacted. A conference will be required for the parent,
child, counselor and Director to discuss the situation. Step Five will be explained to
the parent and child. Documentation and signature by all parties.
STEP FIVE: The parent will be notified and the child will be picked up immediately.
This practice will continue until behavior is corrected. Documentation and signature
by all parties.
FIGHTING: If a physical altercation takes place, the children involved will be given a one day
suspension. If a child has three (3) fights in one Summer, he will be removed from the
Summer Camp.
I acknowledge receipt of a copy of the Noah's Ark Discipline Policy and agree to abide by its terms.
